Abstract:
    A wind-driven motor of double-rotator variable speed and constant frequency type is prepared as connecting exciter with generator main body in series way through master driving shaft of unit master wind wheel, setting permanent magnet external rotator and exciter internal rotator to be relatively rotating mode, coupling sub-driving shaft driven by wind sub-wheel with master driving shaft driven by master wind wheel on the same shaft in mode of mutual rotation, setting rotation speed measurement units on both said wind wheels for transmitting rotation signals to control unit.
