Abstract:
    A generator of telescopic double-rotor win-motor exciting type is prepared as setting rotary speed measurement units on wind master wheel and wind sub-wheel for transmitting rotary speed signals to central control unit being set with port connecting to wind speed detection unit and port connecting to wind direction detection unit as well as port for transmitting data to up-level computer, connecting yawer used for controlling downwind rotation mode of wind master wheel to central control unit, setting blade pitch regulation units on wind master wheel and wind sub-wheel for controlling blade pitch angle and connecting said regulation units to central control unit.
