    The related control and management system for mini power network comprises: the top organization layer to start system and send connection command to next layer for channel building, the middle coordinate layer as connected loop structure to receive command from last layer and start to build communication channel, and the bottom execution layer to control distributed energy combination when the middle layer decides the energy fit to be combined. Wherein, from top to bottom, the control precision increases successively, while the AI level decreases successively.
