Abstract:
    The invention relates to a safe battery tank used in mixed power vehicle, which comprises frame containing said battery with inner and outer frames. Wherein, said frame has high-voltage breaking device which comprises breaking tank, driving motor in the tank, and breaking switch group which controls the battery group; the output axle of driving motor via transmission device is connected to the breaking switch group; the inner and outer frames have middle layer between them; the middle layer comprises interlayer grid and metal layer at two sides of grid. The invention has compact structure and lower cost, which can break the high voltage to safe value when the battery tank is compressed.
