| This invention relates to a current-source photovoltaic merging system, its control device and a method, in which, the system utilizes a single-chip processor to generate HF pulse signal based on triangle carrier wave and triangle modulation wave to be driven by HF driving circuit then to drive a HF inverter and generates power frequency pulse signals based on the zero-cross signal to drive the power frequency inverter via the power frequency drive circuit to invert the DC voltage of a photovoltaic cell array to HF voltage and input into an adpedance converter, the HF current output by the converter is isolated by a HF transformer, switched in current grade, rectified by a HF rectifier and inverted by a power inverter to be filtered by a low pass filter to merge into a signle-phase net. | |||
