| The present invention relates to fruit fresh keeping technology and includes mother liquid compounding and fresh keeping agent compounding. The mother liquid is compounded with Herba Andrographitis juice, Lubianqing juice, maintain garlic juice, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, tributyltin oxide and proper amount of edible color; and the fresh keeping agent is compounded with the mother liquid and deionized water or hot boiled water in the ratio of 1 to 10. The fresh keeping agent can result in fresh keeping period of 40-50 days at normal temperature. | |||
