| The coating liquid composition for preparing medicinal-diet preserved egg is composed of 100 portions of water, 10-15 portions of medicinal material, 50 portions of caustic lime, 25 portions of soda, 21.3 portions of fire clay, 3 portions of iodine salt and 0.7 portion of cupric sulfate. Its production method includes the following steps: preparing coating liquid, selecting fresh egg, coating egg shell with coating liquid, sticking rice husk or wood dust over duck's egg coated with coating liquid, placing the duck's egg in plastic bag and sealing, storing for 20 days at 20-30 deg.C so as to obtain the invented preserved egg. When selecting and using ginkgo leaf extract as coating liquid, said preverved egg can be used for preventing and curing cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases. | |||
