Abstract:
     The production of salt jellyfish includes washing and soaking by steps of pre-treatment, first alum treatment, second alum treatment, third alum treatment. Through repeated washing and soaking with different concentration bittern compounded with sea water or fresh water, salt and alum powder, jellyfish is produced into salt jellyfish. The said method can prdouce delicious, crisp, tender and nutritious jellyfish.
