Abstract:
     A distiller's grains pickled soft egg with milk white colour is made up of eggs through washing eggs, breaking egg shell by bamboo board, loading in pottery pot along with distiller's grains, spreading a layer of edible salt on surface, sealing, and curing at temp high than 15 deg.C and 75% or more of relative humidity for 3-4 months. It features no egg shell and jelly state.
