Abstract:
     The fresh keeping agent consists of oxy salt of sulphur and assistant. When used, the fresh keeping agent and fresh litchi or longan are sealed in plastic bag; and this can result in a fresh keeping period of 10-15 days at normal temperature without color change of peel and taste change of pulp.
