| The invented method adopts the back and rib beef and soaks two times in the medicinal liquor prepared by using the traditional Chinese medicinal herbs of fruit of Chinese magnoliavine, pueraria root, climbing groundsel, fruit of cherokee rose, saline cistanche, fruit of medicinal cornel and mulberry, then the soaked beef is processed under normal pressure and lower temp. to obtain the beef product with "primary colour, primary taste and natural juice".
