Abstract:
     The preservation technology of edible animal sausage casing includes immersing the casing in 4-7% sodium peroxide solution for 5-10 hr., adjusting pH to neutral with hydrochloric acid, packing and sterilizing by radiation. The casing treated by present invention can be preserved for 12 months under 0-10 deg.C.
