Abstract:
     Fresh litchi preserving process includes the steps of picking of basically riped litchi; packing litchi into box with 0.03-0.06 mm thick polythene lining and precooling to 1-5 deg.C; placing solid fumigant into the lining and tieing the lining; and storage of the packed litchi in warehouse at the conditions of 1 deg.C and over 85%RH. The present invention can result in long preserving period.
