Abstract:
    The clip has a base portion with a leg portion for engagement with a rocker panel. A side wall portion stands on and extends from an edge of the base portion. A harness holding portion is connected to the side wall portion through a hinge portion. A distal end edge portion of the harness holding portion is formed into a substantially L-shape when viewed from an end surface to provide an angular portion. The angular portion is locked to the base portion in contacting relation to an upper surface of the base portion.
