Abstract:
    The winder includes parts: intermediate shaft; through pivot shaft, spool is connected to the intermediate shaft rotationally; coupling pad connected to upper portion of the intermediate shaft fixedly; brake mechanism is setup between the spool and the coupling pad. The brake mechanism includes parts: stopping piece setup on the coupling pad movably; central slot prepared at center of the spool; ratchet on slot wall; the stopping piece possesses brake sheet bent and extended downwards. When brake mechanism is in braking state, the brake sheet bunts a side face of a ratchet, and the brake sheet provides resistance for the ratchet. Thus, the spool is position fixed, and movable stopping piece releases spool. In release state, resistance between the stopping piece and the ratchet disappears. The stopping piece releases ratchet. The spool can be rotated, but cannot be rotated back. Operation of the spool is simple, and the stopping piece can be cooperated to ratchet for long use.
