Abstract:
    The utility model discloses a resin composite cable pipe, which includes a pipe body made of fiber cement, and fiberglass layer and resin coating layer sequentially formed on outer circumferential surface of the pipe body. By winding fiberglass and coating resin of certain thickness around outer surface of the fiber cement pipe, the composite pipe integrates the characters of long service life of cement pipe, light weight, good flexibility, and high rupture strength, therefore the composite pipe greatly improves the comprehensive performance. Test demonstrates: the composite pipe has rupture strength 60% higher than fiber cement pipe, light weight, convenient handling, service life 10 years longer than fiberglass-reinforced plastic pipe, price only 50% of fiberglass-reinforced plastic pipe, simple process, widely available materials, easy popularization, and prominent social and economic benefits.
