Abstract:
     The invention relates to a flow generator which comprises a carriage and a battery group. Wherein, the generator cart via the transmission wheel of vehicle axle drives the generator; the electricity via distribution substation and lead wires is fed into electricity network. For controlling the vehicle speed to confirm the stable operation of generator, it adds a generator brake, and it can recycle the electricity and charge the battery.
