    A transformer cooling fan control apparatus comprises an inter-engaged stand-by power supply means consisting of two voltage relays, two contactors, two signal indicator lights, a transfer switch, and two low-pressure air switch; a cooling control means consisting of a low-pressure air switch, a contactor, a thermal relay, an intermediate relay, a time relay, a selector switch, and a signal indicator light; a cooling means consisting of operating, assistant and stand-by cooling fans; Each set of cooling fans is connected to the connection terminal array of the control cabinet. Auxiliary contacts of the current relay and of the temperature controller are directed into the control cabinet from the master control room so as to combine with the selector switch of the cooling control means and a control circuit module to form a switching cooling control circuit. The utility model allows the transformer to run steadily in a safe temperature range by grouping control of the cooling fan, thereby increasing service life of electric elements in the cooling fan, reducing power consumption and improving the reliability of power supply.
