Abstract:
     The manufacture method for disclosed full-embedded tank for transformer substation comprises: pouring the tank wall and bottom into rectangular tank body; after assembling device, covering top opening with tank cover and sealing with anti-alkali/acid cement; arranging two poured manholes and vents on tank cover and cable holes on front and back side wall of tank body. Wherein, using same structure for tank cover, wall and bottom as: using a RC layer, a polystyrene sandwich plate, a RC layer, a glass fiber cloth, a cement glue layer, and asphalt paint from inner to outer for pouring order. Besides said manholes and vents emerged ground, embedding all other parts into ground. This invention saves cost, has no effect to sight line and environment, and has well properties of waterproof, antiseep, antifreeze, etc.
