Abstract:
     Interlocking function between position of handcart and on/off states of breaker as well as between position of handcart and on/off states of earthing switch are realized in active locking mode. Using a locking bar and ganged regulating lever driven by baffle, which can restrict insertion of the advance operation handlebar of breaker handcart, implements mechanical linkage. The baffle can be moved at off, working and test positions of breaker. The baffle cannot be moved when advance process from test position to working position is carried on, and in ‘on’position of the breaker. In test and working positions, the baffle is moved to the position so as to block off receptacle of the advance operation. Thus, switching in mechanism of the breaker is unlocked, and switching in operation allows to be operated, meanwhile switching in operation for earthing switch is restricted. If earthing switch is in ‘on’position, then the advance operation handlebar of breaker handcart is restricted.
