Abstract:
    The invention provides an atmospheric pressure plasma generating apparatus of an electrode structure for inhibiting useless electric discharge. The atmospheric pressure plasma generating apparatus comprises a first electrode for receiving an electric discharge voltage from a power supply means, a dielectric member separated from the first electrode with a predetermined space and surrounding around the first electrode, liquid dielectric filled in the space between the first electrode and the dielectric member, and a second electrode disposed to be separated from the dielectric member with a predetermined space. Further, the apparatus may include a second dielectric member separated from the second electrode with a predetermined space and surrounding around the second electrode, and second liquid dielectric filled in the space between the second electrode and the second dielectric member.
