Abstract:
     Disclosed a arrester bracket with distracter and its manufacturing method comprises a bracket with mounting holes on which a slotted hole is arranged and the distracter mounted in said slotted hole is connected to the arrester via the upper binding post and connected to the earth cord via the lower binding post; said distracter comprises a electric resistance arranged in said slotted hole, a contact spring whose one end is connected to the upper binding post and another end connected to the electric resistance, a hollow explosion pipe embedded in the groove of said electric resistance, a hold-down spring sheathes on the hollow explosion pipe and connected to the lower binding post which is filled in the groove of bracket via the epoxide resin. In addition said manufacturing method comprises: arranging said insulation plastic into special mould to be compressed under at least 100 Deg. C and 16 Mpa pressure to be a bracket with mounting holes on one side and slotted hole on another side; fixing the upper binding post into slotted hole and sequentially mounting electric resistance, contact spring, hollow explosion pipe, hole-down spring and lower binding post; filling the epoxide resin into the slotted hole of bracket to fixing the lower binding post in said slotted hole. The invention has the characters of simple manufacturing process, lower cost, improved strength of structure, simple mounting, easy maintenance and reliable application.
