It includes: a backing material made up by the glass fiber, and the two surfaces of the backing material can form a first electric discharge terminal and a second electric discharge terminal which are corresponding to each other. The first electric discharge terminal and the second electric discharge terminal are respectively provided with a connection point. The periphery of the connection point extends an exoelectric tip portion, and the connection point is equipped with at least one bore, and the bore is connected with the connection point of the other surface of the backing material. The two connection points can form an electrical communicating state and by the control of the exterior ion generator, this utility model can create more positive ion and less negative ion or less positive ion and more negative ion to make the users have multiple choices.
