Abstract:
    The invention provides a light source device capable of emitting a laser beam well and a prejection unit. In the light source device of a prejection unit, a nonlinear optical element (312) is disposed between a laser beam source (311) and VBG (313), the VBG (313) is provided with a Bragg layer (313A) for reflecting the laser beam of an emission wavelength at a reflectivity above 95%; and a first dielectric multilayer (313B) for transmitting the laser beam of the converted wavelength. Thereby, the emission wavelength of the laser beam can become narrow frequency band by the Bragg layer (313A) of the VBG (313) to enhance the emission efficiency and wavelengh conversion efficiency of the laser beam, and emitt the laser beam well from the light source device.
