Abstract:
    The invention includes laser diode array, and following parts setup along output direction of the laser diode array: fast axis collimator mirror; inverse telescope system composed of first lens and second lens; grating; feedback mirror located at direction of diffracted light in first order of the grating. Characters are that being composed of stagger in front and back and partial superimposed high reflectors including multiple blocks in small area capable of adjusting own reflection angle, the feedback mirror is composition unit of reflector capable of carrying out full reflection without miss for diffracted light in first order of the grating. The invention improves issue of broadening the linewidth of output spectrum from outer cavity type laser diode array caused by incurved arrangement of each luminescence unit in laser diode array.
