Abstract:
    Optical resonance unit of the light-emitting device includes high-doped conduction region, insulating layer, negative pole, limiting layer, active layer, and positive pole. Repeated superposing optical resonance unit with vertical thickness being as half wavelength constitutes light resonant cavity. Characters of the laser are that: being placed between reflectors, light-emitting device of vertical cavity face with multiple active layers is as component of receiving and transmitting laser. Using capability of photon crystal for transmitting coherent light, the invention raises electro-optic conversion efficiency, reduces difficulty for fabricating Bragg reflector in low efficiency.
