Abstract:
    This invention discloses a prism beam-expasion technology and a solid batten laser with a semiconductor laser pump including a pump structure composed of a semiconductor laser and an optical conductor, a solid batten laser crystal, a crystal cooling unit and a resonator, in which, the resonator includes at least one set of prisms, output coupling lens and a high reflection lens, the prism set is placed inside of the output coupling lens of the resonator, the crystal is set between the prism set and the high reflection mirror, non-linear crystal elements are matched in the cavity to realize frequency doubling and tripling output or optical modulation elements are configured to realize pulse output, the pump structure is matched with the resonator, and the beam at the side of the output coupling lens in the cavity is amplified to have the same width with the solid batten laser crystal to realize the match between fundamental-mode facula and pump light to generate large fundamental-mode volume laser oscillation in the laser.
