Abstract:
    A FM mechanical free scanning interference system of current injection type of semiconductor laser consists of injection type of semiconductor laser, focusing lens, achromatic objective, grating of coding, cylindrical reflector, light spitting prism, photoelectric position detector, analyzing circuit, microprocessor and Michelson interferometer formed by high speed CCD component and light splitting prism. It is featured as shining measurement arm of Michelson interferometer directly on region to be measured and setting reference arm of said interferometer to be standard plane.
