    The invention relates to a carbon brush of dust collector motor, wherein its production comprises that: mixing graphite, adhesive, and methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, shaping, solidifying, ; the content of methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate whose average diameter is lower than 25micrometer is 2-12mass% of total weight; the graphite whose average diameter is lower than 50micrometer is artificial graphite treated above 2000Deg. C. The inventive carbon brush has better self-lubricant property, long service life and the function to reduce splash.
