Abstract:
     This invention provides a store bag for preserving biological cells and organism at deep low temp. (minus 196 deg.C). It is made from ethylene-ethylacetate polymer or ethylene-ethylacrylate polymer, shaped by blow molding and bonded by high-frequency heating to bacome bags. The store bag has such advantages as excellent performance of resisting low-temp. (minus 196 deg.C), stable chemical properties, convenient processing and shaping and no released poison matter during processing. The cost of this product is only one tenth-one fifteenth of that of the fluoroplastic bag of same kind. It is suitable for preserving unicellular, blood cell, embryo, organism and organ at low-or deep low-temp. to meet the needs of clinical transplant and experiment.
