Abstract:
    The present invention relates to a mobile communication terminal and a method for driving its antenna according to communication power intensity, in particular to a mobile communication terminal and a method for driving its antenna according to communication power intensity wherein the antenna is extended to the outside of or shrunk to the inner side of the mobile communication terminal according to whether the mobile communication terminal is adjacent to the base station or not which is judged by determining the communication power intensity of the RF part. The method for driving its antenna according to communication power intensity of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a communication power intensity determining step for determining the communication power intensity of the mobile communication terminal; an antenna driving step for judging whether the antenna should be extended to the outside of the mobile communication terminal according to the determined communication power intensity and controlling the driving of the antenna.
