Abstract:
    The invention discloses a substrate integrated waveguide comb power distributor relating to millimeter wave and microwave devices, comprising a medium substrate equipped with metal patches on the two sides, where the medium substrate is equipped with a waveguide as input end and waveguides as output ends which at least comprise first output end and second output end, the waveguide as input end intersects the waveguide as output end, and the above waveguides are composed of at least two metallized through holes. And it adopts a comb structure, smaller in size, and simultaneously the character that the adjacent output ends are phase- inverted further compresses space between output ports, and thus the its size is reduced by above 50% as compared with the traditional tree power distributor. Because the top and bottom metal coatings and the metallized through holes compose a closed structure with respect to electromagnetic wave in operating frequency range, the electromagnetic energy can not diffuse outside the structure and it has low loss property.
