Abstract:
    This invention relates to base chip integration waveguide semi-inductive hole filter, which comprises metal slice, medium base chip and metal holes, wherein, metal slice is set on medium base chip; the metal slice of filter middle is of rectangle shape and two ends as funnel shape and with two rows of metal holes along rectangle shape two sides; there is set one row of metal holes between metal holes to form ring composed of first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth inductive holes along input and output ends.
