Abstract:
     This invention relates to a control method and a device for microwave digital control attenuators, in which, the method includes: 1, writing the corresponding values of attenuation volumes at different temperature spheres in EPROM, 2, a single-chip processor reads the current temperature value in every other period of time, outputs an address modified code to be compared with values in the temperature spheres recorded by EPROM, if it is in the same temperature sphere with the last time, then the address code is not changed, if not, it jumps to the address code corresponding to a new temperature sphere and modifies the output data of the EPROM, 3, driving the current circuit after the D/A conversion, providing related current so as to modify the attenuation volume of the attenuator, the temperature sensor in the device outputs the detected signals to the EPROM by the single-chip processor to be transmitted to the current drive circuit after the D/A conversion, which includes an operational; amplifier and a resistor, the output of the D/A converter is connected with the input of the operational end and the output is connected with the analog attenuation circuit.
