Abstract:
     This invention discloses a direct coupled chip integration waveguide round cavity filter including a medium chip set with metal pastes on the positive and negative faces, in which, chip integrated waveguide round cavities are set on the chip, the cavities are coupled by the waveguide and microstrip lines are connected on the cavities at the edges of both sides, said cavities are composed of metal through holes on the chip arrayed in circle and the waveguide is composed of two lines of metal through holes.
