Abstract:
     This invention discloses a coplane waveguide coupled chip integrated waveguide round cavity filter used in microwave and millimeter wave circuit including a medium chip set with metal pastes on the top and bottom faces, in which, chip integrated waveguide round cavities are set on the medium chip to be coupled by a coplane waveguide coupler, micro-strip lines are connected on the chip integrated waveguide round cavities at the edges of both sides, said round cavities are composed of metal through holes on the medium chip and arrayed in circle.
