Abstract:
     This invention discloses a chip integrated waveguide single-balance mixer including a 90deg. integrated waveguide directional coupler, a serial mixer tube pair is connected between the through end and the coupling end of the coupler and nodes between the mixer tube pairs are connected with an IF output end, in which, the coupler includes medium chips with metallic pastes at both sides and two waveguide cavities are set on the medium chips, a coupling hole is set between the two cavities, a RF input and a through end are set at either end of a cavity, a local input and a coupling end are set at either end of the other cavity.
