Abstract:
    A method for preparing connection element of positive and negative electrodes on battery includes punching material to be desired form of said element, carrying out electrolyte grease removal of said element at temperature of 40-70deg.c under 20-65A current, using hot water at temperature of 50-70deg.c to wash said element and activating said element, carrying out nickel plating on activated element at temperature of 50-65deg.c under 15-50A and in pH of 3.8-4.6, washing nickel plated element by pure water first then by hot pure water at temperature of 50-60deg.c, drying and packing.
