Abstract:
    The present invention relates to one kind of hydrogen-storing material and its preparation process and application. The hydrogen-storing material has CoSiy as basic binary alloy and the third element M to replace partial Co element. Its chemical composition is Co1-xMxSiy, where, M is Cu, Ti, Fe, Sn, Mg, Ni, Cr, Mn, Zr, Al, Ca or Zn, x is 0-0.5, and y is 1, 2 or 3. At normal temperature and normal pressure, the analog cell assembled with the material has very high discharge capacity and stable circulating performance. The material has simple preparation process, high safety and other advantages, and possesses excellent application foreground in power cell.
