| The utility model discloses a fixing structure for battery module, utilized for composing the battery module provided with a first lock unit and a second lock unit. The fixing structure comprises a pedestal provided with a first positioning portion and a second positioning portion, the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are respectively provided with a first end that capable of composing the first lock unit and the second lock unit, and a second end that communicated with the first end and positions the first lock unit and the second lock unit. A rotating motion unit is shaft-connected with the pedestal, provided with a third positioning portion that correspondingly arranged at the first end if the first positioning portion and a shifting portion that utilized for interlocking the third positioning position an disengages from the first end. The fixing structure for battery module of the utility model is capable of authentically fixing the battery module, installing and dismounting without by aid of any tool, which reduces the manufacturing cost and enhances the overall yield. Meanwhile, the installing and dismounting procedure is rapid and convenient, which resolves that problems that prior art is incapable of authentically fixing, with high manufacturing cost and low overall yield. | |||
