Abstract:
     The invention discloses an integrated circuit bearing base plate having excess voltage protection function, wherein one base plate can provide a plurality of excess voltage protection assembly simultaneously. The invention can provide protection for the integrated circuit chips directly, and requires no separate protection devices for each I/O ports on the printed-circuit card. The invention realizes reduced cost for design circuit, conservation in space and lowered unit cost for the arrangement of the protecting equipment.
