Abstract: |
|||
| The low temp. sintering can be realized with this invention by method of mixing boron-bismuth-cadmium low melting glass into piezeoelectric ceramics of lead zirconate titanate. The sintering temp. is 950-1000 deg.C. It has the advantages of less energy consumption and reducing P 60 volatilization. Monolitic transformers fabricated by using above mentioned ceramics have the advantages of being low driven voltage, high step-up ratio (up to 5000 with no load), simple in manufacturing process, stable in performance and seriate in product specification. This transformer can be widely used is electrostatic adsorption, electrostatic spray of paucity and in laser devices, especially suitable for power supply of high voltage in portable electronic equipments. | |||
