Abstract:
     The technology is characterized by utilizing a solar energy cell to convert light directly into electricity. Then utilizing a semiconductor thermoelectric generator to generate electricity. Besides the thermo-tube may be utilized to consititute a device of collecting thermo water. The efficiency of converting light into electricity and the efficiency of utilizing solar energy are increased obviously. The device may be used broadly in a TV relay, a microwave relay, a navigation mark light, an artificial satellite etc. It may be used in the case of civil powder supply and hot water supply as well.
