Abstract: |
|||
| The present invention uses reverse bias P-n juction and silicon substrate with high doping as internal opital filter so that demultiplexing wavelength has been realized and overlapping question of spectral response of two-junction silicon photodiode has been overcome. This silicon colour sensor with two-wavelength demulitiplexing may replace traditional detector measured colour which consisted of two filters and two photocomponents so that it is easy for use, simple in device of measuring colour, lower in cost of measuring instrument and specially appliable to monitor for process at the auto-process line. | |||
