Abstract: |
|||
| This invention relates to a piezoelectric ceramic material of binary system. It has the high Kt and Nt as well the small Kp and d. So its Kt/Kp is large. It is a preferred material to use in ultrasonic detector, ultrasonic thichness measuring device and ultrasongraph, etc. This sort of material have lower agglomerative temperature, smaller volatility, it may be agglomerated in state of non-seal due to uncontainning pollulant composition. Its process is simple and cost is lower. The composition is XNa0.5 Bi0.5 TiO3-(1-X) B2TiO3, X act as 0.8~0.99 mole, and a small amount of modifier may be added to or not. The preferred X is in a range of 0.89-0.99 mole. | |||
