Abstract:
     The surface acoustic wave (S.A.W.) is deflected and focused by means of Bragg linear frequency modulation acoustic grating, then the plurality of frequency compsns. are received respectively by various element of array of interdigital transducer with the result of that the spectrum analysis is accomplished. The invention is a pure acoustical device and the technological requirements of said device are much reduced than corresp. integrated acousto-optic device, however the dynamic range of said device is more wide. The device with lower frequency range would be mfd. by the conventional plane technology to meet the requirement of practical applications.
