| The semiconductor self-refrigerating thermo-electric generation features no energy consumption and may be used for electric generation and refrigeration. Semiconductor freezer and semiconductor thermo-electric generator are combined together with insulating material such as mica between them and lead out lines. A direct current is applied to semiconductor freezer to lower temp. at one side of thermo-coupling stack to generate temp. difference, as a result, the semiconductor thermo-electric generator can generate current, which is partially feedback to the freezer while is provided to external circuit. | |||
