Abstract:
     The piezoelectric ceramics device with big deformation has dimorphic piezoelectric ceramic plates involving positive- and negative-deforming piezoelectric ones. The output of each plate is rigidly connected via pad to that of next to form dimorphic piezoelectric ceramic stack. It features wide range of dynamic deformation (up to over 1mm for amplitude and 8 deg. for deformation angle at 20 deg.C), small size, wide temp. range, and high precision and repeatability.
