Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method for fixing the pin in the production of bayonet lamp cap and the special equipment thereof. The pins of the bayonet lamp cap can be spot welded to the latter continuously and automatically. A wire cutting mechanism which cuts the metal wire into pins before welding and a magic hand for holding the pins are installed in the equipment. The place where the electrode contacts the pin is an electrode roller, the electric control system of which adopts Hall switch, etc. By the said invention, the quality problems about appearance of bayonet lamp caps and strength of pin connection have been settled once for all, electrode consumption is lowered, electric energy and metal wire are spared, labour productivity is increased and the direct viewing nature, reliability and degree of automation of general purpose spot welding machine have been raised.
