Abstract:
     Presently, the conventional gluing device for metallic lamp cap only heats the lamp cap which transfers the heat to the glue agent and the glass shell, so that the stress arises at the place where the glass shell contacts with the metallic cap affecting lamp service life, and moreover it involves high gluing temp. long process time and consequently high energy consumption. The invented device more effectively heats the lamp cap together with the glass shell end part in the assembling jig by proper arrangment of the heating element, so that it has advantages, such as low energy consumption etc..
